We’ve been running restaurants and pubs for over 17 years and one thing our little island should be proud of is it’s coastline. It has some of the best seafood in the world, with some of the best sustainable practises to boot. We wanted to create a welcoming, comfortable, and affordable experience to really showcase in London what we can bring from our local shores and waters.
We’ve taken the time and will continue to discover more hidden gems along our shorelines, from fishing towns, distilleries, breweries, farms, and foragers, keeping a journal of all our road trips and finds along the way.
We’re fanatical about the ingredients on your plate. Our menu and daily catches are ever evolving and changing according to what our partner fishing fleets bring in via sustainable methods, dishes may change at the drop of a hat if storms brew along coast lines, or simply stocks haven’t migrated or established at certain times of year.
What you do find on our menu is the very best of what our shores have to offer prepared by Ollie, Matt, and their team. We think we are working with some of the best in the game when it comes to supporting the local coastal economy, appreciating those who land the fish in tough conditions and sourcing ethically.
At Faber, we are passionate about ensuring the fish we serve is responsibly sourced from British shores, ensuring we leave an incredible resource for future generations and supporting the communities that rely on them.
