‘Faber’ is Latin for Smith and what we need help creating is something for everyone, with the ultimate goal of giving the opportunity for individuals to own part of the business they have helped to build.
‘Familia’ it’s Latin again and obviously for family but not as we know in Latin it was consider a collection of people who supported and were dependent on each other.
We hope it goes without saying that everyone working in hospitality is hardworking, outgoing, punctual… all the obvious traits.
But for us we are looking for individuals who are PASSIONATE about our guest’s happiness and enjoyment; CURIOUS to always learn more and create something new; plus, FANATICAL about what we do, sustainable, British ingredients, recipes, and drinks.
