Provenance

Landed at dawn, on your plate by dusk

Provenance of our food map
Day-boat fresh

Collected from the coast each evening by fishmongers who know every skipper by name — so what you eat was swimming a day ago, not a week.

Caught kindly

Line-caught and day-boat methods only. Small, sustainable landings that protect the stocks and support the coastal communities who work them.

The World is my Oyster

We think little food lovers should get to try the good stuff too. So we’re inviting kids to try their first oyster on us at Faber.

Simply get them to say “The world is my oyster” when you visit, and we’ll treat them to their first taste of the sea.
