Went to Faber a few weeks ago and absolutely loved it. From start to finish the staff were attentive and knowledgeable, massive shout out to Tom & Rebecca for their service on the night. Great recommendations on the wines to accompany which dishes. A mate & I tried nearly everything on the menu and absolutely loved the BBQ Scallops and Cod Cheek Skewer, the Gurnard was great and the chips... Wow. You could see the whole potato in the bowl.
Big fan of the sustainability and drive for freshness all the way down to the partnership with the Community seaweed farm in Pembrokeshire.
Would have had some great pictures to share if I hadn't been to focused on eating and drinking as much of the menu as I could.
